Regarding mortgage brokers, I am convinced no one can do it better than Gio. His customer service is second to none and he will do everything he can to ensure that you understand and feel confident about your home loan. I used Gio to purchase my first home. He took the time to make me a video explaining the loan process, my rate, and how aspects of the loan may change over time. When I had a question he was extremely fast in answering a text message or phone call to make sure that I knew 100% what the smallest detail was. I asked a lot of questions, some of them more than once, but he didn’t care, he was always happy and enthusiastic in answering. When the time came to refinance my home it was a no brainer to use Gio.  He again was there for me every step of the way. Gio has earned a customer for life and in the future, when i purchase my second home, I will definitely use him.
